Here is our process:
Step 1
Consultation & Survey
This is where we get to learn more about you and assess which custom sign would be the right fit. We want to gather as much information as possible. We’ll review and save your art files, take measurements, consider site location, offer different options for different budgets, and discuss timing. This information will then factor into your final quote. To start your free consultation, stop by the shop or contact us.

Step 2
Branding Solutions & Graphic Design
No art files? No problem! Our graphic designers will work with you to create the image you’re looking for. We specialize in business branding and rebranding, logo design, custom art layouts and recreation of existing art. Once we create your art files, they belong to you! This means you’ll have full access to your logo or artwork files for future orders. We will email you a proof for approval, which means you’ll get to see exactly what your custom order will look like before we start production.
Step 3
Print & Production
Once approval is received, we’ll make your vision a reality! In Jacoh Signs’ state-of-the-art production facility in Penticton, BC we will then build your signs to your exact specifications. Your sign can then be picked up or delivered to your door.
Step 4
Installation & Sign Servicing
If we have made a large sign for you, we offer the Jacoh Signs installation team to get your new sign on location with the help of our bucket truck’s 40 ft boom. We offer this service in the Okanagan and surrounding region. We can also assist you with a sign permit application, sign repairs, and maintenance.
