FAQs

How do you determine a quote?

Required design time, labor, travel, quantity/square foot ratio, location, complexity of the installation, and the material required (some substrates are more expensive than others) go into providing our quotes. We will never quote you cheap material! Our goal is to provide the best quality products for the longest shelf life possible, which is more cost effective in the long run.

How do you tell what the longevity of a sign will be?

Weather/sun exposure, wear and tear, material or substrate used (ex: coroplast vs aluminum composite vs solid aluminum) can all affect how long a sign lasts outdoors.

What information is required for a vehicle wrap?

If you are looking to add some vehicle graphics to your ride, whether it’s a full or partial wrap, body or window decal, we will ask for Year/make/model, bodyline measurements, and wheelbase measurements. We will take photos of your vehicle and impose the graphics on top, to make sure everything looks the way you want it, before we provide you with a quote.

What do I need to provide for a fascia sign?

We will do a complimentary site survey when the order is confirmed. We will confirm what already exists, size the sign and sign cabinet, look at any existing components that can be reused, and decide what needs to be built new (such as frames, cabinets, or awnings). We also look at any electrical requirements and the building exterior. Some signs require an approved sign permit; we will work with your local municipality to obtain the required permit.

Why does a sign cost so much?

Material quality, graphic design, and how many staff are needed to produce a sign can affect the quote. (Remember a sign is an investment that will hopefully pay off in increased sales!). There are many factors that go into creating a custom piece. We put 100% of our effort into the quality of our work to make sure you and your business are highlighted and represented to the fullest extent. We make sure your sign is an accurate reflection of who you are and what you have to offer.

What information is required for a fascia sign?

When planning a sign to go on the front of your business, think about the electrical supply, a landlord-sign permit, measurements, is there an existing frame, how is the building is constructed/what is the substrate of the building (concrete, stucco, etc.) and other signs nearby!

What is your turnaround time?

This can vary depending on the time of year, details of your order, and the quantity needed. We are happy to discuss your timetable to determine how we can meet all your expectations within a reasonable timeframe. We strive to under-promise and over-deliver!

What are your payment options?

We accept EFT/e-transfers, cheques, cash, debit and credit. Please note we do accept credit cards for orders over $1000.00 but there will be a 2% processing fee.

Do you make custom apparel or sell raw substrates?

Unfortunately no, but feel free to ask us what our recommendations for printers in the South Okanagan are and we can direct you to another local business who can help you.
